Health bar display issue, Minecraft menu, etc. (all)

Good evening, I have a problem with my Minecraft game. Since I reinstalled the game, I can no longer see the health bar, the Minecraft menu, or my inventory. Basically, other than the game itself, I can't see anything. However, even though I can't see them, I can click on the menu buttons, for example, but I don't really know where I'm clicking.
