USB drive issues

Hello,

First of all, I apologize if this forum is not the right one, as it is my first time posting here.

Actually, I have a problem with my USB key which has been corrupted, probably due to an update. Some of my documents have simply
disappeared, and I can no longer open others, and LibreOffice cannot repair the document to read it. It tells me that macro execution has been disabled for this document.

Furthermore, I have a Bootex file that tells me that for some documents, the entry has been truncated, and that two files are hidden (but I cannot find them even after checking the box to display them).

So I don't know what to do; is it possible to recover the disappeared documents or is it lost for good? I have indeed lost some important files, so if a solution exists, that would be great.
