Hello,
I have my 6000 CD car radio in my Ford Transit that is stuck on the startup display.
It prompts me to enter the code that I know, but I can't enter it because the buttons are not responding.
I went to the dealership, and they told me that it needs to be replaced.
I really have a hard time believing that.
Has anyone else experienced this type of problem?

So, I think he's going to need to go to another dealership, where they might be less inclined to sell a new unit...
He probably made some mistakes entering the code and has locked the security, and only a dealer will be able to unlock it.
Anyway, we can't offer anything else, so I'm closing the topic.
