JVC CRT TV issues

Hello,
I have a problem with my JVC TV that oscillates, but after a few seconds it stops and an orange indicator keeps blinking right next to the red indicator.

Configuration: Android / UC Browser 11.0.5.892

    Hello,
    This TV must be at the end of its life...;-(
    Maybe a problem with overloading the power circuit, not sure, but it's worth trying this:
    Unplug it and short-circuit the two prongs of the plug with a wire, paperclip, etc...

    Of course, do not plug it back in
    Wait an hour, remove the wire or paperclip and plug it back in
