I encountered this strange problem and I’m asking for opinions on what it is. First of all, I was on a Discord server. Then, all of a sudden, without understanding why, I can’t access it and I noticed this hourglass displayed above the avatar:

Hello, the hourglass means that you have not yet met all the requirements to join a server, and you are in a waiting state. Some servers display rules that must be read and accepted before you can join the server.
Currently, there is a bug with the hourglass: if you are kicked from the server before you could accept the rules, it will remain in a waiting state under the hourglass. (Bug report link)
