Hello,
We cannot respond on behalf of your supplier. Furthermore, the volunteers we are answer in their leisure time and when a solution is known, but do not manage emergency solutions.
Unsubscribing procedures are deliberately complicated. And anything listed on search engine pages goes through paid sites which we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of in any way.
