My controller got wet.

Hello,
My dog knocked over my water bottle, the water spilled on the controller, I wiped it off and removed the water. The controller, when I plug it in, lights up then turns off, lights up again and turns off again, it does this every 30 seconds.
Is my controller dead and do I need to buy a new one, or is there a way to fix it?

    Hello,
    you can try to open it completely and clean it with a toothbrush and electronic cleaner (especially isopropyl alcohol) or a lubricant (like WD40). If it still doesn't work after that, you'll need to buy another one.
