    I'm sorry, but the manual is available because it's with me. I am currently in Alsace, over 500 km away from my home. But the problem is that with the switch to daylight saving time, the watch hasn't updated, and I would like to do it manually, but I can't remember how.

        Thank you very much for your help, I downloaded the manual in German and I roughly translated it using the internet and it worked, the watch is set to daylight saving time.
