I had the same problem but I found the solution ^^
Apparently, it's a Google bug. A lot of Android devices are affected.
You need to go to the Play Store and update "Android System WebView" and "Chrome." If the update won't go through, you should go to your smartphone settings. Go to the application settings, then "manage applications," and finally "Google Play Store." There, you will need to click on "storage" and then "clear all data" (not just the cache); it doesn’t affect the phone ^^
After that, you should normally be able to update WebView and Chrome without any issues! The problem of apps crashing will then be resolved.
