Converting an Excel file to CSV without opening it

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to convert an Excel file to CSV without opening it.
Every week I receive 4 XLS files that I need to convert to CSV before concatenating them.
I have to open each file and save it in CSV format. I wanted to know if there is a faster way.

    Hello,

    Without opening them, you can use Power Query to import and concatenate the 4 files in Excel, to export the result.
