Registering your 450 YFZ quad

Hello,

I just bought a 2006 YFZ 450 and I would like to get it road-registered. I would like to know if this is still possible and if so, can I buy the mirrors, the license plate holder, the control unit, the turn signals, the speedometer, etc., in short, everything needed for the registration and then go to the dealership to have it validated and get the registration document and license plate.
