you’re dreaming a bit too much, first of all hoping to make money from an online casino, and secondly thinking you can get your money back, well no you won't be able to do anything, this casino depends on the island of Curaçao in the Caribbean, no French or European jurisdiction is competent, in the future be less naive and keep your money.

You have excellent lawyers who can plead according to local law (Curaçao..).. Excellent but VERY expensive.. All based in Willemstad.. It's up to you to choose!
Be careful, some are very bad, you even wonder if they passed their final exams..

They are fucking thieves, I deposit 175 euros, it goes up to 800, they take over a week to validate my account and that's only because I chased them up, so I play again and lose, I deposit 300, deposit refused, in the end, they took the 300 from my account, I complain and they put it back in my online account, I play, I go up to 800 again, still impossible to withdraw because supposedly I didn't wager my bet but only 130 euros, even though I played for an hour and a half and I must have wagered my 300 euros several times, I sent screenshots of my gaming sessions, I write to them and they say I'll get a response within a day and still nothing, I go up to 1800 euros, still impossible to withdraw, it pissed me off, I played again and lost everything! I deposited 50 euros in cashlib into the casino which was successfully debited but has never been credited to my account. Casino Tortuga acknowledged that the problem was technical and that they would refund me, but I have not heard back and they have closed my account. I have a screenshot of the chat showing their responsibility. Since then, I've had no news and it's impossible to contact them.

I signed up, I deposited 300€, it was debited from my account but never credited on the site. I complained, and after a week, they credited it to me. I went up to 500€ but couldn't withdraw. At 800€, still impossible. I wrote to them, and they replied that I hadn't wagered my initial deposit of 300€, but only 130€, even though I had played it several times... and I sent screenshots of my gaming sessions as proof! The next day I played again, went up to 1800€, still impossible to withdraw and no response to my other emails. I understood that I had been scammed, so I played everything again for the "fun" and lost it all. Thieves!!! No more online casinos, first experience and I won't go back, and I will do everything to ruin their reputation everywhere if it can prevent other people from getting scammed.
Hello, I also won quite a bit of money on the site but they blocked my account. They were supposed to unblock it weeks ago but still nothing, and I still haven't recovered my money. I think it's best to steer clear of this site. I also lost money at first, but everything was fine at that time. My conclusion is that if you lose it's okay, but if you win, you still lose anyway.
