Article 11 - Termination of the VIVAFLIRT PREMIUM subscription
The user subscribed to VIVAFLIRT PREMIUM can only terminate their subscription by following the procedure indicated on the "Settings" page of their account. It is specified that unsubscribing from VIVAFLIRT services is independent of unsubscribing from the payment systems set up for accessing VIVAFLIRT PREMIUM services (terminating the VIVAFLIRT account does not automatically result in the termination of the paid subscription, and the User is invited to comply with the conditions of the payment operator).
The user who has terminated their VIVAFLIRT PREMIUM subscription will no longer have access to the additional services of the site but will keep their personal account active and can use all the free services offered by Vivaflirt.fr.
Aside from the trial offer, the termination periods are as follows: starting from 7 days after the date of the last payment and at least 7 days before the renewal date.
In the case of subscribing to the 3-day trial offer, the termination periods are as follows: starting from 12 hours after the subscription date and at least 24 hours before the date of switching to the monthly subscription.
In the case of subscribing to the 2-day trial offer, the termination periods are as follows: starting from 6 hours after the subscription date and at least 18 hours before the date of switching to the monthly subscription.
Under no circumstances can termination give rise to a refund for the unused subscription period.
