Projector: Safety Setup When Changing Source Epson EMP-TWD10

Hello,
If I leave my video projector without selecting a source, it works fine.
As soon as I switch to a source (HDMI, PC or VIDEO)
the image appears for a few seconds and the projector goes into safety mode. The TEMP and LAMP indicators flash orange and the POWER indicator is orange and green.
According to the manual, this is an "internal error."
But if I switch to the DVD/USB source, it doesn't go into error mode, but I can't put in a DVD either.

    Hello,
    Is the fan running normally?
    Have you dusted the ventilation grills?

      Hello,
      Yes, the three fans seem to be working normally and I've also dusted them off.
      The problem really arises when I switch sources.
