Hello,
When I install a new 4TB hard drive on my Bosh DVR recorder, it doesn't recognize it and keeps rebooting in a loop. Do you have a solution?

Good evening,
Is this hard drive in FAT 32 format or NTFS?

Hello,
What is the reference for this Bosh recorder??
I'm not sure it can "handle" such a large disk.
See you! -
Hello,
I quote the Bosh characteristics: "Supports 1 SATA hard drive up to 1 TB.
(Third-party hard drives are supported starting from firmware
version 2.0.6 and later. A list of tested drives is available
in the instruction manual.) *"
So as I mentioned above, your hard drive is too large at 4 TB; you should have bought a maximum of 1 TB.
See you later. -
Sorry, not me either...

While digging a bit, I found this:
On a PDF that accompanies the latest firmware update (v2.1.3), which you can find here:

There you go,

P.S.: WD stands for Western Digital (brand of hard drive). -
