Hello,
I just got a new Xiaomi phone and I can receive SMS, I can send them, I can make calls but I don’t receive incoming calls, it doesn’t ring, it doesn’t show up but I receive the missed call notification.
What should I do?

Hello,
In the settings, there is a whitelist that you can disable or you are forwarding calls to your voicemail.
Please do this test.
Call your mobile from your landline.
After the missed call, record the landline number you used to make the call and then call your mobile again.
If it rings, it means a whitelist is active.
If it doesn’t ring, it's a call forwarding.
