Casio vr100

Hello,
I have a Casio VR 100 register and since yesterday I can't use it anymore. It displayed a black screen, then reverted to the classic keyboard but asks me for the cashier number, which I enter, and it tells me it's incorrect. And since then I can't do anything.
Have you experienced the same issue?
