Hello,
I bought the Ultimate version of the 4Winkey application to reset a lost password on a friend’s laptop (Model: ACER Aspire 315-54 / Windows 10).
For more information about the application, click the link below:

I installed the application on my USB drive and tested the tool on a Desktop (Windows 10) and on a laptop (Windows 8.1) and it worked very well on both computers. See the photo below:
However, on my friend’s device the tool does not display the OS. See the captured photo:
Without the OS I cannot proceed to the next step and I think I’m missing something in the BIOS settings. Below are the BIOS Setup screenshots:

This is not a very good program.
Their ISO is already created, the program only puts it on the USB drive or DVD...
You can try to get a refund and buy Active@ Password Changer, or Lazesoft Recovery Suite
If your friend's account password is not tied to a Microsoft account, you can use the free version of Lazesoft Recovery Suite; it does it. -
Hi,
At creation, did 4WinKey ask you if you wanted to add drivers (Drivers)
They may be missing. -

Hi,
Thanks I will try to get a refund. I was able to solve the problem because my friend's account was a local account by following the video below:

I ultimately restored the utilman.exe that I had backed up!!!
