In the manual, I find instructions on how to reset the home theater to factory settings, as well as the procedure for pairing the SWA 7000 module via Wi-Fi. Nothing more.

You say there's no stop button... there is indeed a button to stop playback (above the OK button)
no number keys but there is a 123 key that brings up a keyboard

Also check if there is a mini "Reset" button at the back of the SWA7000
Otherwise contact Samsung

Here is my remote control... I don't see a stop button. However, you are right, there is indeed a key that brings up a numerical keypad.
On the SWA7000 box, there is indeed a button but it seems to only be for pairing.
I will try the process with the numerical keypad and let you know.

“I recommend resetting the HT as follows: Put your device in standby mode (keeping your device plugged into an electrical outlet, but without turning it on) >> Press the "Exit" button on the remote for more than 5 seconds until the message "INIT" appears on the display, the product will shut down automatically >> All settings are now reset to factory mode.

If the issue persists, I suggest updating the soundbar via a USB stick formatted to FAT32. I'm checking in: Samsung advises me to send it for repair... since it's out of warranty, I really don't want to end up paying 200 or 300 euros...

So, I opened this module to see if I could find a bad solder joint or a burnt component... I don't see anything abnormal.. After that, I don't know how to test all these components… I can't find either the boards or the whole module (except in the USA but there's a voltage issue) for sale online...
