Hello,
I have a Thomson Neo 14 edition Teddy Riner running Windows 10, and I have lost the password. When I select "forgot password," I get an error message saying "no drive is available." I would like to recover my data. Do you have a solution? If that's not possible, is there a way to reset it?
Thank you for your help.

      Hello jfmimi
It's not possible to remove the hard drive; it's an SSD integrated into the motherboard.

Yes, but when you don't have a lot of money and it's just for office work and browsing, this type of PC is ideal. Still, I would like to know if there's a way to do something to unlock it.

Certainly, but with these eMMC chips, at the slightest problem we get quickly stuck and in trouble.
