What is the name of the series?

Hello!

I've been searching for far too long for the name of a series. If I remember correctly, the main actor was Vincent Ventresca. This main character had a tattoo of a serpent biting its tail. When this tattoo filled with a color (green, I think), it meant he was transforming into a werewolf. Does anyone remember?

    It's all good. I actually found that it's indeed X-FILES invisible man who doesn't turn into a werewolf but invisible :-)

      In fact, he has the gift of becoming invisible,
      He has to take medication... and his tattoo serves as a gauge to indicate his state of health; if the tattoo turns red, then he goes crazy.
