Car radio and clock display no longer work

Hello,
I'm reaching out because my car radio and the display where the time shows no longer work after a short circuit. All my fuses in the cabin are fine, and my connections are good too, so I don't know where it could be coming from since everything else is working.

    Well, it's coming from inside the device!
    A component has taken a hit.
    You need to see a repairman for an estimate.

      The socket wasn't plugged in, so I touched two wires inside: one on the battery's positive terminal and the other on the ground, and those two wires touched each other.

        and the 2 wires have short-circuited = short circuit = damage to the device...

        As I mentioned earlier, the short circuit burned out a component, so there’s no miracle; this requires a repair.
