Hello,
I am lost with all the calculation options that Pivot Tables offer as none seem to fit what I'm trying to do.
I will start with the 3 columns of the pivot table on Sheet6 of the attached file.
In A, I have different service activities
In B, I have the number of people who responded by service
In C, I have the number of people who did not receive a replacement card
I would like to convert the numbers in column C into percentages based on column B. To know the proportion of people by service who did not receive a replacement card.
I have tried almost all possible combinations in the Value Field Settings but I can't achieve the desired result.
Can you please help me?
P.S.: I am using a pivot table because I want to be able to perform the same operation for about ten other columns similar to C.
