This kind of "thing" looks like a "premium" subscription... for some site or another, which under the cover of this withdrawal allows you (for example) free deliveries... or "unlimited" access to downloadable news articles...
This is often "caught" by accepting a service that is initially "free" which becomes a monthly paid subscription by tacit renewal (if you don’t cancel it before the due date) beyond a so-called trial period... (usually a few months)
