Whistle rap

Hello, I’ve been looking for a song for days; it was on a Spotify playlist called "US rap 2020," but the owner of the playlist removed it... Basically, I remember it starts with a whistle (2 notes), then a bit of an instrumental, and then the same whistle (2 notes) comes back before it goes into rap with autotune, and the whistle plays in the background every now and then, quite a few times actually. If I remember correctly, the album cover is kind of red with the rapper's face in the center, and I think the title is something like "fantasy," but after hours of searching on forums, Spotify, YouTube, etc... I can’t find it, so if anyone can help me, thank you!
