Température ordinateur trop élevée

Bonsoir à tous,

J'ai actuellement un problème avec mon ordinateur.
Je souhaiterais avoir votre avis.

Mon ordinateur monte très haut en température pouvant aller jusqu'à l'éteindre automatiquement.

J'ai effectué une analyse avec HWmonitor. Je vous mets une copie du rapport en commentaire (fichier assez long, txt).

Voici ma configuration :
AMD A10-5800K black edition avec AMD RADEON HD7660 D
MSI A55M-E33
8GO RAM 1333Mhz 10666
Disque SSD 120GO installation windows
Disque 1TO pour les données
Alim 480W
Boitier moyen sans ventilateurs

Le ventilateur est celui d'origine (depuis 2014).
Je viens de changer la pâte thermique et les températures n'ont pas diminué.
L'ordinateur n'a pas de poussière, souvent nettoyé. Cela ne fait que quelques semaines que j'ai ce problème.

Pour une utilisation de bureautique, la température est toujours élevée et cela juste une avec les navigations internet ouvertes. Je suis actuellement à 94° et je ne suis que sur le forum par exemple.
Les coupures d'ordinateur se font souvent quand je suis sur mon jeu (Les Sims - rien d'exceptionnel). Les températures montent jusqu'à 127° (maximum que je connais depuis que j'analyse avec HWmonitor) et l'ordinateur s'éteint...


Avez-vous des conseils à me donner ? Comment puis-je faire baisser ces températures et surtout, est-ce dangereux ?
J'ai pensé à un watercooling mais, honnêtement, je ne sais pas si cela serait la solution ?
Je n'ai qu'un seul ventilateur, celui du processeur et d'origine.
