Hello,
I installed Cool File Viewer thinking it was free. Now I can no longer open my Word documents. When I open a document, Cool File Viewer appears and forces me to buy their program. I go to uninstall it in Programs, but I don't see that name, so I'm afraid to uninstall other important software. What should I do? Thank you.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 86.0.4240.75

Check with Revo Uninstaller to uninstall it.
Then for Word documents, you can install either
Microsoft Office Starter 2010 EN (Free)

Libre Office (Free)

Open Office (Free)
