Hello

I bought an all-in-one ESSENTIELB Smart'STATION 2104-2 from Boulanger in 2014.
Windows 8

After a power outage, the PC freezes two minutes after starting up.
I could still move the mouse, but nothing else responded on the screen, neither clicks nor opening pages/programs.

After that, I unplugged the power supply and plugged it back in, but the same problem occurred.

On the third startup, the PC displayed a system error, and I found myself in a menu that didn’t seem to be a safe mode or anything.
(I didn’t have time to take a picture of it)

After several restarts, I managed to completely format the PC and clean everything, but the same problem persists.
After 3 minutes, the PC doesn't open anything, but the mouse continues to respond. However, when you click anywhere, the PC loads and loads and nothing happens, and it eventually shuts down after 10 minutes.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem, or how can I perform a diagnosis knowing I only have 2-3 minutes each time before it crashes?

I'm considering taking it back to Boulanger for diagnostics and repair, but just in case someone knows about this issue...

Thank you for your help.

    Hello,
Did this computer have 7 at the base?
Press and hold the power button until the computer turns off.
Change the power outlet and then unplug all USB peripherals connected to it.

Wait a moment, then turn it on and see if it holds.
