Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power socket, wait five minutes, and then plug it back in.
If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you'll have to redo the entire installation and settings.
Otherwise, return to the seller as this TV is under warranty.
