Error 10022 WSUS Solved

Question

Hello,

After trying numerous solutions found online for this error without success, I decided to post on the forum.

I have 2 Windows Server 2012 R2 VMs.

One contains Active Directory and WSUS
The other just has WSUS

My goal is to migrate the WSUS role to the second server.

I have installed it and configured it to retrieve the AD computers. However, during synchronization, I get error 10022.

I solved my problem. In fact, I had created the GPO for WSUS in which a setting indicated to update from the WSUS server. However, the server on which the WSUS role is installed required an update (which I couldn't perform). I disabled the GPO and was able to update my server. I had 131 updates pending. I reactivated the GPO and everything works correctly.
