Hello, how can I get rid of this window that keeps showing up when I open Google? Every time I click on "I accept," it reappears.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 85.0.4183.102

For my part...
I tried this tutorial but this window remains after reopening the browser (Firefox), probably related to the fact that my browser is configured to delete all history. However, based on the exception of https://www.google.fr, logically it should not be deleted, so it's really weird that this window is still present!
On the other hand, I applied this tutorial yesterday but in the end https://www.google.fr is no longer in the exceptions being managed.
