Hello, good evening
I recently bought a USB to Ethernet adapter, with the plan to connect it to my Nintendo Switch for a better connection than Wi-Fi
I plugged the adapter, from the brand Connectland, into the USB 3.0 port of the console case, then I connected the Ethernet cable, which I should note is linked to a pretty basic powerline adapter, and I turned on the console on my screen with the case, and I noticed that the console did not detect the connection with the Ethernet cable..
The exact model of the product is: a USB 3.0 to RJ45-Gigabit adapter from the brand Connectland
Thank you in advance for helping me solve this problem!

Here is what I read on Nintendo's website
"The Nintendo Switch console is compatible with the Wii LAN adapter (model RVL-015) and LAN adapters made under official license."
Nintendo offers one itself, so it won't accept just any one...
A matter of business and commercial agreements.
