Hello,
I am a new user of After Effects, and I use this program for video editing. However, I have a problem with the Adobe After Effects 2020 version. I downloaded an effect in .ffx format, but when I try to open it, this message appears in After Effects:
"After Effects error: can't import file '*name of the effect*.ffx': unsupported filetype or extension."
Does anyone have a solution or an explanation :( ? Thank you in advance!
