Equivalent Paint for Mac

Hello,
I need to send plans to my clients, but I would like to modify them first (hide the owner's details). Before, I used to do this in 30 seconds with Paint, but I switched to Mac. What software would you recommend (preferably free for the use I will make of it)?

Hello,
And why not simply use Preview, available on every Mac and perfectly capable, in Editing mode, of hiding, highlighting, annotating, etc.... Exporting, etc...
Indeed, for the indicated usage, Preview already on the Mac, does the job perfectly.
