Set SD card as default storage

Hello, I'm desperately trying to set my SD card as the default storage on my Samsung A8 by following instructions online. In every tutorial, I'm asked to go to "storage location" but I can't find this setting. I would like to know if this setting still "exists" (since the tutorials I find are quite old), what its current name is, or simply another solution :)

Hello,
To my knowledge, there is no global storage management. It has to be done app by app.
Here's how to do it for 2 essential storages:
- For photos: launch the Camera app and go to the settings (gear icon) to set the storage location.
- For downloads made with Chrome: Open Chrome and click on the 3 small dots at the top right to access Downloads. Then click on the gear icon at the top of the screen to set the download location.
