Associate Tel TECHYO with FREEBOX

Hello,

I just bought a TECHYO brand DECT phone model 950378 and I am unable to connect it in DECT with my FREEBOX. Is this a compatibility issue, or is there a specific procedure to follow? Thanks for your help.

    Hello,
    The manual pairing procedure for a handset must be performed
    (only the part related to the handset) and put the Freebox in pairing mode...
    With the Freebox being the “base” from now on ... it will only serve as a charger.

    Good evening, thank you for your response. Does that mean I have to disconnect the handsets from their base and then reattach them to the Freebox? I have already tried (only) with handset No. 2 and nothing happened. Thank you for your help
