Hello,

Every time I start my PC, I get a recurring error message:
"The service did not respond fast enough to the launch or control request, ProdID: atkexCom.axdata"
I have read countless threads regarding my issue without finding the miracle solution.
My problem comes from the AiSuite III software, so I tried to uninstall it but it’s impossible
"Can't open ASIO.sys(2)". I also downloaded the latest AiSuite III, but the software will not install/repair.
The problem appeared after a Windows 10 update.

Settings

• Win 10 64 Bit
• Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A
• CPU: Intel i5 4690, 3.5 GHz
• RAM: 16GB GSkill
• GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 (4GB)
• PSU: Sea Sonic SS-600 HT

I’m counting on you to guide me in my quest.

Best regards

Hello,
My problem comes from the AiSuite III software

To uninstall your AiSuiteIII software, use RevoUninstaller in advanced scan mode. Launch RevoUninstaller, select AiSuiteIII, click on uninstall, and if you get the error message "Can't open ASIO.sys(2)", close it and continue by checking advanced scan, then click on scan. Delete everything it finds by clicking on select all, then delete. Once everything is deleted and the software no longer appears in the installed programs, restart your PC.
Also, make sure your version of Windows is up to date with THIS MICROSOFT TOOL.
Check if your drivers are up to date as well: https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/48455-mettre-a-jour-ses-pilotes-gratuitement-avec-driverscloud

Thank you bazfile

I managed to uninstall it, however I still have some leftover files..
C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS
Unable to delete them

I tried reinstalling AiSuite III (latest update), I get the message "can't open..."

Even on Windows 11 and after a few years, it works wonderfully.
