Hello,
Here is my problem.
Some time ago I changed my box from Orange.
Since then my YUZE from ENEDIS is not working anymore.
Can anyone here help me fix it?

The problem was not strictly computer-related.
I called upon ENEDIS, who charged me €220 paid in advance (otherwise they won't come).
This price includes the trip + 1 hour of work.
The problem was a burnt card the size of a phone SIM card.
I hope this will be useful to other applicants.

Hello Martial37,

I encountered the same problem that I luckily managed to solve.
But today I have another issue with connecting the small colored wires under the casing. Some have come out of the socket and I don't know where they go. Would it be possible to see a photo of your connections? Thank you in advance.

and no, I haven't changed my username or password or internet provider, just the Wi-Fi channel, which shouldn't have an impact. So maybe the problem doesn't come from there. But in any case, the YUZE is not communicating the data in my EDF ENR customer space My energy production BUT THANK YOU FOR YOUR DOCUMENT which I will keep carefully for the future.

I would like to contribute my part after spending an hour troubleshooting a friend's Yuze box. I managed to connect to 192.168.1.244 and followed the procedure described in the PDF by unplugging it and then pressing the Boost button BEFORE plugging it back in. I hope this helps some people avoid losing 220 euros on a technician's trip...

The YUZE is the system that transmits to the computer the information about the electricity production generated by the photovoltaic panels to the computer.

OK,
so it won’t connect anymore...
you know that the Wi-Fi network name must have changed with the new box, right?
your various PCs, mobiles and other tablets must have noticed it.
So, you need to reconfigure the YUZE thing (what a dumb name that is).
to make it find this new Wi-Fi network and give it the password (the key) that is indicated under the box at this stage.
After that, there’s also the option of reconfiguring the new box like the old one, but that requires more skill, which I don't feel from the start of this discussion.

Indeed, my TV no longer works with Wi-Fi either.
However, I was able to reconnect my tablet and printer to my box.

it's not the identifiers, you need to search for the Wi-Fi network, select it, and enter the WPA key provided with the box...

Yes, I miscommunicated; this is what I did and then put in the requested key.
But for the youz, I don't see how to do it because there's absolutely nothing on the box.
As I mentioned in one of my previous messages, I will need to call ENEDIS, and it’s chargeable as stated in the manual that comes with it.
Because I should have notified them before changing the box, and they could have done the procedure from their office.
Unfortunately, I had not read that part.

On my box, it indicates Wi-Fi enabled, press again to disable.
However, I see the Wi-Fi icon in my taskbar.

I changed my FREE box and YUZE continued to work, but FREE made me change the WIFI network channel because my internet connection was glitching and cutting out every 20 seconds, and since then YUZE no longer works; the FREE interface does not detect YUZE.
In short, what should I do? Thank you.
