Hello everyone,
I am reaching out to you in hopes of finding a solution to my problem.
I have a Toshiba smart TV (model 40L7335D)
After a reset, my TV freezes when I try to select "security code" in the manual settings menu.
It detects my Wi-Fi network perfectly, but when I try to select the security code for my box, nothing happens and I get stuck on that screen. I then have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to regain access to the TNT channels, etc.
I attempted an Ethernet connection and have no issues accessing the apps (which makes sense because there’s no code to enter), but I want to emphasize that my box is not near my TV, hence the need for Wi-Fi.
If you have any ideas ???? ?
