Automated Simograms Solved

Question

Hello everyone,  I need help with an Excel file. It contains 3 flowcharts, corresponding to 3 different positions. Each position has its input data corresponding to the different tasks to be performed, indicating whether this task is manual (Tm), technical-manual (Ttm), or technical (Tt). In the attached file, everything is written out, nothing is automated. I have filled in the cells of my flowcharts myself.  My wish is that when I change the duration of an input data, the flowchart updates automatically (either through conditional formatting or a macro – it doesn’t matter). Additionally, for some positions, tasks are simultaneous to "save" time.  Displaying the duration of a cycle is a plus but is not a priority.  Thank you in advance for your help and feedback! Hello.  Interesting exercise! So far, I've managed to complete what was necessary for the first two simograms. Let me know if this is what you wanted before I tackle the third one... Hello,  Thank you very much for your help, which is immensely useful to me!! This solution suits me perfectly!  I just had one point to clarify regarding the simograms; when I change the duration of the input data, there is sometimes a "shift" with the expected result. Hi.  Yes ... you are absolutely right: I had only tested one data change; it worked, and I was satisfied ... fatal mistake! So I've started over, and this time it should fit all scenarios. https://www.cjoint.com/c/JFAxfIkEqVw  But be careful if you copy the file, or if you want to modify it: The formulas in G7, H7, G15, and H15 are specific and different from those in the following cells. Hello peybernes.  I must thank you for giving me the opportunity to do a fun exercise, as unusual as it was.   As a reward, here is a final version, where the vertical reminder lines (blue axis line and red dashed line) are drawn by the software, as well as the cycle duration range (lines 9, 17, and 27).
