Nvidia - instant replay automatically disables (same for record)

Hello,
I have a problem with GeForce Experience.
When I launch a game (capable of being recorded with GeForce),
I start the instant replay/game recording,
And sometimes it works normally and everything, sometimes it says "Press ALT+Z to open ...", so I activate (for example) the instant replay and it gets disabled immediately after (0.50 seconds later)
When I go to "services" and then restart these services:
- NVDisplay.ContainerLocalSystem
- NvContainerLocalSystem
It works again, but if I close and relaunch my game, it might not work like I explained above...
In short, I haven't found the cause of the problem, nor how to solve it --__--

Hi, do you have the Netflix app on your computer? I noticed that every time I launch NETFLIX, it disables instant replay, presumably so that we can't record Netflix, but of course it doesn't reactivate when you exit the app, and that’s really annoying when you want to record an action but it’s disabled because you launched Netflix before...
Anyway, I noticed that if Netflix is running and I want to reactivate instant replay, it cuts out half a second later like yours, which makes me think that it’s a third-party program that’s responsible for this behavior...
I haven't found a registry key to modify to change this yet, but it’s already a lead.

I found the solution!
Just reinstall the latest version of the NVIDIA drivers (go to drivers, click on the three little dots of the last installed driver, reinstall it). This was actually due to a change of screen, am I wrong?
This man is a genius!!! I've been fiddling with my antivirus, Steam, and other fun stuff for two days, and all I had to do was cut off Netflix and it was fixed (shameful, by the way, even if it's to prevent hacking). Something or a message could have appeared instead of just blocking the software without understanding why.
