ACER Iconia Tab A3 A40 stuck on the startup logo

Good evening, I have a big problem with my tablet!
My tablet was stuck on the ACER logo for several months, so I already reset it by pressing the Vol+ and Power buttons. I followed all the steps and the Android robot charging appeared. I waited several hours before seeing the startup logo.
Since then, it only turns on when I charge it and remains on "Acer Powered by Android."
I tried charging it with my computer, but it still doesn't work!

Please, help me; I would be very grateful to you!

    Hello

    if the tablet is more than 2 years old: throw it in the trash
    if it is less than 2 years old: return to the seller for warranty service
