Hello,

I acquired a refurbished Dell OptiPlex 3020 this week. When I tried it out, everything went smoothly. However, when I wanted to check the BIOS, I received this message:
Alert! Xxxxx W AC adapter originally shipped
The system will adjust the performance to match the power available. Please connect a Dell xxxxx W AC adapter or greater for the best system performance

Strike the F3 key (before F1/F2/F5 key) if you do not want to see the power warning message again.
To continue press F1 key
To change setup option press F2 key
To run onboard diagnostics press F5 key

I can no longer exit this page using the aforementioned keys or others (Del, Esc, and all the F... keys)

I went to check the manufacturer's documentation regarding the power supply, but the references don't really match, and I’m struggling to find tutorials on AC adapters:

Here’s what I found regarding the manufacturer:

Coin-cell battery 3V Lithium CR2032
Voltage 90 VAC to 264 VAC
Wattage 290 W
Maximum heat dissipation N/A

And my replacement AC adapter:

MODEL ZH-67-334
Input: 100-240V-1.6A
50/60HZ
Output: 19.5V - 3.34A

Can anyone tell me if this is a compatible power supply for my PC and if there is a way to get out of the block I am in, please?

    a refurbished PC is guaranteed for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
    after-sales return
