Encrypted string error

Hello,
I have a "Brandt" television, and the problem is that when I connect my cable for channels to the TV, it says "encrypted channel." I don't understand because I see channels displaying at the bottom along with their programs, but I don't understand why I can't see the images; it always says "encrypted channel." I went to settings to search for channels again, and it finds the channels, but I still get the same error: "encrypted channel."
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.1
