Issue with my x96 Mini android

Hello, I just bought a second-hand X96 Mini TV box, I preferred to reset it to factory settings but the problem is that now it shows the usual startup settings except that I can't interact with it, no buttons work on the remote, I can't set up my box, can someone help me please?
