CASIO SE-S3000 Programming Issue

Hello,
My CASIO SE-S3000 cash register, after a mishandling, now displays in pounds instead of euros. When I go to the PGM program, it is in English and the up and down arrow keys no longer work. Therefore, I can no longer navigate. Could someone help me get unstuck? My cash register is used daily and I'm stuck.

Hello,
Thank you for your response but it’s the sliders (the up and down arrows) for navigating in the PGM that aren’t working, meaning I can no longer access any programs. How can we get them back in service?

I cannot indicate it to you, as I am not a user. I simply did a search.

That said, if it is a blockage and there are no data (history, cumulative, or legal data) that you need to keep, you should look in the manual for how to reset the device.

Otherwise, wait for a user to "stumble" upon this question, search for a Casio forum, or contact their customer service or a dealer responsible for maintenance.
