SilverCrest key and Windows 10

Hello,
I installed a SilverCrest key on my recent PC with Windows 10
capture does not work, I connected a VHS VCR that is not detected or is audio only
Everything is properly connected
has anyone encountered this problem?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 81.0.4044.129

    Copy VHS with Syver Crest
    you need to go into the settings and choose "video composite" and SECAM. In the profile, choose MPEG-2 video, in DVD HQ quality. In Edit (top left of the menu) choose 4:3 unless you prefer the film in 16:9, but that will shrink the image by at least a third. You can still adjust contrast, brightness, or colors before creating your film. But don’t dream: we won’t remove all the flicker from VHS tape recordings. Nevertheless, the final result on the output DVD remains decent but nothing special.

    Hello,
    I bought a used key with the original CDs
    it didn’t work in terms of capturing VHS video
    the key is designed for compatibility with Windows 8 maximum, I have Windows 10
    I searched for a newer driver in vain
    and finally I installed a newer version of the software provided with the key: PowerDirector
    I installed the 2018 version with a free one-month trial
    it works fine now
