Achat sur PC SPECIALIST , PC ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour,
Je me permet de vous écrire ici car j'ai acheté un septembre 2019 un pc portable sur le site PC SPECIALIST.
La configuration est la suivante :

Avec cette config, j'ai eu Call Of Duty d'offert.
Mon soucis c'est que ni ce jeu ni la plupart des jeux que j'ai pu tester dessus ne fonctionne.
Sous le jeu coupe sans raison ni message d'erreur.
Soit j'ai carrément un Blue Screen Of Death (jamais le même message)
J'ai renvoyé ce pc déjà 3 fois chez PC SPCIALIST, ils ont changé deux fois la CM et une fois la barette de mémoire qui n'était pas compatible avec le chassis visiblement après essai de leur part.
La dernière fois ils n'ont absolument rien changer car il n'arrive pas à reproduire le bug.
NB la Carte Graphique n'a elle jamais été changée.
Si le problème n'était que les jeux encore je dis pas, mais j'ai des freeze aléatoire et des Blue Screen Of Death lors de visio conférence ou en regardant des vidéo youtube.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire car PC SPECIALIST refuse catégoriquement le remboursement et pour le moment le pc est inutilisable.
D'avance merci si vous avez des solutions viables à essayer.

J'ai ce Topic qui globalement a les même soucis que mon PC.

Il faut savoir que la RAM a été changée car ils avaient décelé ( pas la première fois mais seulement la seconde) que la barette n'était pas compatible avec le chassis.
Je vous laisse enc opier coller les différents retours de whoscrashed par rapport à différent Blue Screen Of Death que j'ai pu rencontrer.
