Excel upside down

Hello, I don't understand why my Excel is not functioning properly and displays everything upside down in the true sense of the word (the top instead of the bottom).

    When you are in Excel, go to Tools/Options/International tab, In default orientation, check right to left, close your workbook without closing Excel, and open another one that will be right to left.
