Good evening. I don't know if the site can address the subject, nor in which section to publish it. To avoid making any mistakes, I'm addressing it to the webmaster to put it in the right forum if one exists.
I was tired of being bothered several times a day by unwanted phone calls, so I bought a CPR Call Blocker V10000 to get rid of them.
The problem is that it's a British company and there is no representative in France, and English and I aren't on good terms, and there is no forum to ask questions.
I have a Dolphin Comfort memory phone, and when I plug in the Call Blocker according to the installation instructions, I can enter the home number, but when I check, the landline phone no longer rings, the Call Blocker lights up briefly, but the ringer no longer works and I can’t tell if someone has called me even though I can call myself.
If anyone has the same device and has managed to program it, I would be happy to share their knowledge on this subject. Thank you very much in advance.

      A priori, it's quite simple...
      If you want to set the call blocker to ALLOW MODE, simply press the ALLOW LIST button (Allow List) until "SUCCESSFUL" appears.
      Manually enter the numbers:
      Pick up the phone handset.
      When you hear the dial tone, insert the number and press ALLOW LIST (Allow List)

    Hello Balladur 13. I want to create a whitelist with the CPR and unless I'm mistaken, I need to put my phone number in there if I want to be called back. Additionally, this will allow me to check if it works by calling from my mobile. I had already copied the manual onto paper to follow better, but that didn't help me. I just redid all the manipulations to perform the connection, both in standard mode and in parallel mode, but neither allows me to send a number from my landline to the CPR, and I also cannot get "successful" by pressing "Block Now" or "Allow List." Lastly, when I plug the CPR into one of the modes, when I call myself, the red light comes on for 2 seconds and the communication is cut off without ringing.
    I had read in my research that when programming a number, after **8# there was a beep emitted, which is not the case with my Delphin Comfort phone. I think there's something to be done, but I don't know what.

    It is the numbers of those who are allowed to call you that should be whitelisted.
    For example, to try it out, it’s the mobile number that should be whitelisted.

    I know, it's a parenthesis that I saw and copied from the Call Broker site, and I am attaching what is written there
    “On your phone's keypad, press the keys **8# (your phone number)#, press the call button, a brief ringtone will sound and the counter will increase by 1 each time.
    This number 8 is not mentioned in the manual. It was with the online help from CPR CallBroker that I was able to obtain it.”

    I tried what you told me to do, but it doesn't work, and it doesn't work either by doing it the way my correspondent described to me, and I didn't succeed either. Moreover, I don't have a small ringtone when I program a correspondent.
    My phone is a Delphin Comfort with 250 numbers to store.
    When I call, I choose the name of my correspondent, and automatically, by picking up the receiver, the call is initiated.

      To program the V10000, simply dial the number manually, do not use the directory.

      Delphin comfort ??? no echo on the net?

    It's very strange, I can add numbers to the whitelist when I'm in standard settings, which is convenient for me, and I continue to add contacts, but I'm receiving calls from some that I haven't transferred yet, which means others are not blocked either. I wonder why not all are blocked as soon as the CPR is plugged in. What do you think?

      By default, unless otherwise stated, the device is in "Block" mode, but you can set it to "Allow" mode
      Excerpt from the manual on page 9 (10 of the PDF):

    It is by pressing the allow key that I can add the numbers to keep; otherwise, the device keeps reverting to the Block list on its own, and the number is recorded as undesirable.

      But once the authorized numbers are entered, the device must be set to "Allow mode" if you want only the authorized numbers to be able to call.

      IF the device remains in "Block mode," it will only allow numbers that are not on the blocked numbers list.

    If the device remains in Block mode, and it lets through the Unblocked numbers, then it will be the numbers from the whitelist that will come through, won't it?

      As mentioned above..
      In Blocking mode, the device will block the numbers listed in the block list.
      In other words, if you receive a call from a number you don’t recognize or that doesn’t leave a message, you press Block and the number is added to the block list. The next call from that same number will no longer go through.
      You can also open the call list and decide afterwards whether to put them in the block list or the allowed list.
      Thus, after a certain time, the block list grows, and you will be less and less disturbed by calls.

      In Allow mode, as the manual states: 
      When the call blocker is in ALLOW MODE, ALL numbers are blocked and only the numbers you program into the ALLOWED LIST can call you

      This has the advantage of immediately blocking a large number of calls...
      But if you have a contact not listed in the allowed numbers who has an urgent message to convey to you (store, doctor, town hall, etc.), they will not be able to do so, which can be inconvenient in some cases.

    I just checked with the VPR plugged in standard. I entered 25 numbers while on all block, and when some of my contacts that I was able to consult tried to call me, they are blocked. I switched to parallel adjustment mode and got the same result. I decided to leave the CPR simply plugged in without entering any numbers, and if an intruder shows up, I can always take them out of the race with Block Now.
    I thank you very much for the patience you had in helping me; without you, I wouldn't have understood this system at all, and since I had already returned a Cpr4000, I thought I would have to do the same thing.
